Tim Holtz defines Grungeboard as “a compressed, flexible sheet of dingy material that can be painted, inked, sanded, hammered or grunged”. Or, it could also be described as a sort of chipboard that has the flexibility and feel of sueded leather that you can attack with all your creativity.
