OPEN acrylic medium helps maximize the working time of Golden OPEN Slow Dry Acrylics and can be used to adjust color intensity and translucency while maintaining consistency. OPEN Matte Acrylic Medium will reduce the viscosity of the paint to create a smoother mix and increase flow. OPEN fluid mediums are also useful for reducing the viscosity of Heavy Body colors and slowing down drying for painting details with fine brushes.
