Golden Artist Paints Medium – Soft Gel (236 ml) / For Collaging, Glazing

Golden Artist Soft Gel is a versatile, 100% acrylic polymer emulsion medium, thinner than heavy body acrylics (similar to blended yogurt) but thicker than fluids. It is used to extend paint, increase transparency, alter sheen, and serve as a strong adhesive for collage. It dries with excellent flexibility and water resistance.

• Viscosity: Moderately pourable and holds only slight peaks, offering good leveling.
• Finishes: Available in Gloss, Semi-Gloss, and Matte finishes.
• Adhesive: Excellent for collage, as it easily fills gaps between varying textures.
• Extender: Extends paint while maintaining a smooth, soft consistency.
• Application: Can be used to create fast-drying glazes.
• Isolation Coat: When thinned with water (2 parts gel to 1 part water), it can be used as a non-removable isolation coat before varnishing.
