Palmer Prism Acrylic Paint is a liquid paint formulated to ensure an opaque, permanent, matte finish for most surfaces. An ideal choice for wood, plaster, fabric, canvas, primed metals, Styrofoam and papier-mache. Non-toxic, water-reducible and brushes clean up with soap and water. 2oz Glow in the Dark Red- A luminous glow that can be “recharged” by exposing to a bright light. Will dry to a permanent finish, but allow to dry three days before washing. Not for use on skin or hair.
