Ranger Ink Archival ink pads are permanent ink pads. This listing are for ink pads that have ink leakage during the packing process at the manufacturing point. This is not uncommon for machine packed ink pads. Fibers from the pad may have been inadvertantly trapped in the packing process hence the leakage. However, the ink pads remain sealed and is still fresh. They can be easily cleaned off on the outsides. Upon purchase should you feel otherwise, you are welcome to return us the ink pad for full refunds (exclude postage) or exchange for another.
