Designed by artist Antonis Tzanidakis, the Stamperia Vintage Patina is a water-based, translucent medium created to give an authentic aged, antique, or weathered effect to mixed media and craft projects.

• Formula: Water-based, translucent, and permanent once dry.
• Available Colors: White, Turquoise, Grey, Dark Blue, and Rust.
• Surfaces: Adheres and blends smoothly on any porous surface (such as paper clay, unvarnished wood, and clay). Non-porous surfaces like resin require a primer or gesso base first.

Application Tips

• Technique: Apply using a dry brush, sponge, or your fingers, and blend wet-on-wet for soft shadows.
• Layering: Work in translucent layers, letting each layer dry completely if you want distinct separation.
• Wiping: You can use a damp cloth or baby wipe to remove excess product from raised areas or details.
• Tip: When building multiple colors, crafters recommend leaving the white patina for the final step to create a faded highlight effect.
