Tim Holtz Alcohol Pearls are permanent, fast-drying, pearlescent inks designed by Ranger Ink to create luminous, colorful, and metallic effects on non-porous surfaces like Yupo, glossy paper, and metal. These kits feature a unique pigment/dye formula, typically in 0.5 oz bottles, designed to "float" and create depth when paired with standard alcohol inks and blending solution.
