Key Details About Cinch Wires:

• Pitch and Compatibility: The Original and Mini Cinch machines use 2:1 pitch wires (two loops per inch). The Universal Cinch can handle both 2:1 and 3:1 pitch, but 2:1 is standard for most, providing a secure, professional hold.
• Sizing: Wires are available in sizes ranging from 0.325" (approx. 50 sheets) up to 1.25" or larger for thicker books.
• Usage: For best results, stack your project, measure the thickness, and choose a wire slightly larger than the stack.
• Application: Insert the wire through the punched holes, place the open end in the back of the machine, and press the handle to cinch it into a closed loop.
• Tip: If the wire doesn't close properly or flat spots appear, adjust the machine’s wire size setting to be slightly smaller.
